What to tell us when you get in touch
A few details upfront means we can give you a useful answer the first time, not after three back-and-forth messages.
When you message or call, it helps to know: your child's current year level or exam target (KCPE, KCSE, IGCSE, or A-level), the subject or subjects you're concerned about, and whether you're looking for ongoing weekly sessions, a short revision block, or study materials only. You don't need to have it all figured out — even a rough idea lets us suggest the right starting point. If you're not sure where to begin, just say so and we'll recommend starting with the free diagnostic session, which takes 30 minutes and gives you a clear written picture of where your child stands.

Questions parents ask most often
Straightforward answers — no sales language.
Do you offer online sessions?
Not at this time. All sessions take place in person at 14 Nyali Road. We've found the in-person format produces better outcomes for the age groups we work with, and we don't want to offer a remote service we haven't properly developed. This may change in future terms.
How quickly can my child start?
In most cases, we can schedule a diagnostic session within three to five working days of your first enquiry. After the diagnostic, the first paid session is typically available within the same week if a suitable slot is open.
What's the typical session cost?
Individual rates depend on year level and subject. We share a current rate card during the diagnostic appointment. We do not publish rates online because they are reviewed each term and we prefer to confirm the right figure directly rather than risk a parent booking based on an outdated number.
Can siblings share a session?
Yes, if they're at the same year level and working on the same subject. Siblings who are more than two year levels apart are better served by separate sessions — mixing levels in a single block tends to slow the progress of both students.
Still have a question? Just ask.
WhatsApp, call, or email — whichever is easiest for you. We don't use a call centre.
